For-A-Friend Overview

For-A-Friend is comprehensive "send to a friend" script. It allows you to add a link to any page of your web site so that site visitors can tell their friends about it. For-A-Friend can be configured to send either a link to your page, or to attach your page to the message.

Features

For-A-Friend features include:

  • Send as HTML/Send as Link- Pages can be sent to a friend as either HTML or as a link.

    Multiple recipients- Site visitors can send the page to several friends using the same form.

  • Mailer support - Guard Dog supports sendmail (unix), GBmail (NT) or Blat (NT).

  • HTML-based templates - All of the HTML pages and email messages generated by for-a-friend are based on .txt and .html templates that you can modify for the needs of your site.

Compatibility

Try before you buy! You will be e-mailed download instructions for For-A-Friend after you successfully complete a trial request form. However, you are expected to pay for the script within a week of successful installation.

Registration

A single license for For-A-Friend is $99. As part of the trial agreement, you will be asked to send the license fee to the program's author within seven days of successful installation. Every license includes free upgrades and patches for life. Icon Interactive Group doesn't believe in charging its customers more than once.
